Learning Myths and Leprechauns (*)
Coaching and teaching is an enchanted land full of myths. I recently faced this well spread assumption: « People remember 10% of what they read, 20% of what they see, 30% of what they hear, etc. »
Though it sounds rather intuitive, it is not supported with study or data. I take this opportunity to share also some books and resources on learning myths and invite to a collective effort to improve our framework of references in this domain.
